A Message from Josh about Day of Empathy 2019, March 5th.
The day of empathy is a national day of action to generate empathy on a massive scale for the millions impacted by America’s criminal justice system.
Here is a transcript of my message:
Hello, I am Joshua B. Hoe host of the decarceration nation podcast
Looking forward to seeing everyone at our day of Empathy event in Michigan and at day of empathy events all over the country in JUST ONE WEEK.
We have 70 million people who have been impacted by our criminal justice system and everyone of them INCLUDING ME have suffered employment discrimination, housing discrimination, and social discrimination
They used to say that you paid your debt to society when you served your sentence, now you NEVER pay your debt.
Empathy is the key to changing all of that Join us March 5th in generating support for the millions of American’s impacted by our criminal justice system
