Over the last year, he has spoken at churches, local events, on panels, and at statewide gatherings. He is a former national college debate champion, hosts a successful podcast, and has been a policy and communications consultant for national and state organizations. In 2018, he was part of the coalition that passed the First Step Act, including crafting messaging, leading social media campaigns, and refining argumentation.
